We are at a pivotal time of rebuilding and strengthening our community and our programs. As members of the board, we have a charge to develop programs that encourage and build strong and competent pilots, and to increase the vitality and viability of our ballooning organization, and to strengthen our community.
As a professional and personal development trainer and mentor, I excel in program development and education, and create cohesive programs that can strengthen and unify our membership. I have strong organizational and team building skills, and I am an excellent mediator and motivator. I welcome the opportunity to serve on the BFA Board.
