services to client organizations ("Clients"), which may include universities, not-for-profit associations, unions,
housing associations, businesses, and other groups and organizations wishing to conduct online elections and voting venues.
Voters or election participants may voluntarily utilize the Balloteer system to vote and are not required by
default to enter any identifying or personal information other than voting selections, which are stored anonymously
by Balloteer, except in cases where a Client has requested transparent public voting records.
We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will
post those changes on our Website and update the modification date above.

What data do we collect?
Telusys collects the following data:
- Personal identification information and payment information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.) for clients purchasing the Balloteer.com service
- Voting selections of voters which are stored anonymously
- Webserver log information that includes network addresses and date and time stamps

Clients organizations dictate how long their election data is retained and may delete their own information or voter
information at any time. Telusys encourages that organizations follow industry guidelines for data storage, retention,
and deletion of unnecessary data records.
Distribution of Information
Telusys will not edit or disclose the client's private BALLOTEER records or content, except that the client agrees that
Telusys may do so in accordance with its then-current privacy policy, or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary:
- to comply with any applicable laws, rules or regulations;
- to comply with any court order, search warrant, or legal process;
- to enforce this Agreement;
- to respond to claims that such data violates the rights of third parties; and
- to protect the interests of Telusys or others.
Telusys will make reasonable efforts to not knowingly or intentionally divulge any account information, account contact
records, voting records, voting results, voting metadata, voter records, voter contact information, or election information
which is private, confidential, or non-public to Balloteer clients, voters, or to any third-parties with the limited exceptions
provided in Telusys' Privacy statement. Confidential account, voter, and voting information shall not include information
that (i) is or becomes a part of the public domain; (ii) was in Telusys' lawful possession prior to the disclosure without
any obligation of confidentiality and which had not been obtained by Telusys either directly or indirectly from the client; (iii) is
lawfully disclosed to Telusys by a third party without restriction on disclosure; (iv) is independently developed by Telusys without
use of, or reference to the client's confidential information, as established by written records. Telusys does not share
or sell account, voter, and voting information to third parties.
Marketing
Telusys would like to send clients information about products and services we offer that we think you might like to purchase.
Telusys does not share client information with any third-parties and treats all client information as being confidential. Telusys
does not market to, or contact voters, or election participants for any purposes other than those authorized by clients in the
delivery and hosting of client online elections.
Clients who have agreed to receive marketing, may always opt out at a later date from receiving such communications.
You have the right at any time to stop Telusys from contacting you for marketing purposes.
